OC Food Bank

Orang County Food Bank was an outreach event GLMC got to participate in. We stuffed boxes full of food for those in need. With all the volunteers from GLMC and various other organizations, we packed almost 1000 boxes! Insane! And it also gave us the opportunity to remember that God is a God of mercy.

After all their hard work and training the GLMC India team is leaving 7/3 at 1:10pm - Cathay Pacific 885 LAX. Remember that God is orchestrating everything!

Our Church members brought all the different ingredients for bibimbap and we celebrated Justin, who is following God's call to go overseas and Sandy, who is following God's call to go to the east coast. God bless you guys.

Good job GLMC and 2008 India team! Thanks to everyone who helped out. Thanks also to Pilgrim for all the shoes! We were able to raise a little over 500 bucks. Keep praying!

The victory is the Lord's! GLMC may have lost a few games, but they didn't walk away with a 'victim' mentality. We're all 'victors' in Christ. And it was still better than last year! Fighting!

Brian took on 7 at one time in a rock-paper-scissors race game and tagged out all but Grace. But it didn't matter how hard Brian worked, because Grace always wins out in the end! Saved by Grace, not by works!

We made it to Anaheim Together!

It was great to worship in our new facility in Anaheim! Thanks to Pilgrim Evangelical Church and all the new friends we made there. Pastor Richard shared a fitting message of God's faithfulness. We were all reminded that God is leading us and has put us exactly where he wants us.

We're Moving

We've just celebrated our 2 year anniversary and our last Sunday at the Rec Center. Thanks to all our supporters and especially Laurel, for making it possible. And now God's moving us on. It's bitter sweet to leave, but so exciting to move into our new home at Pilgrim Evangelical Church. We're still Gospel Life Mission Church, but in a new building! 2341 W. Lincoln Ave. Anaheim, CA 92801 and a new time (11 am for prayer, 12.15 for worship).

Jude Retreat

The Jude Retreat at Palomar Christian Conference Center challenged us to fight for the faith that was entrusted to us. Although Jude wanted to encourage Christians with the joyful message of salvation, he really felt he had to point out the false teachers that were dividing the church. Rather than passively let unbiblical teaching seep into the church, what will you do to fight for the faith?
